After spraying resin on the mold, and then Ovelay carbon fiber processing on mold

Vacuum processing

Infusion the resin and glue to the part and lay the frp and mesh inside the bag. and the doing vacuum processing.

Trimming

After taking parts out from mold, will doing trimming the burr. and then repairing the mold line, sand holes.

Clear Coating

we will do clear coating for all carbon fiber parts
